Polestar Pilates Asia was established in 2001 in response to the rapidly expanding Asian demand for professional instruction in Pilates exercise and to bring the world's leading instruction and certification programme in Pilates techniques for fitness and rehabilitation professionals to Asia.

Courses are held at Host Sites in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, China and Japan throughout the year according to our Course Schedule.

The Primary host site is situated at Iso Fit in Hong Kong, a state- of-the-art Pilates studio and training facility. Continual effort is made to cater for the different needs of a diverse range of Asian students in terms of language, communication skills and local practices.

Polestar Pilates Asia's curriculum, developed by its parent company Polestar Education LLC, is already offered in cities all over the USA and many other parts of the world, and is used by a wide range of professionals working in medical facilities, performing arts conservatories and the fitness industry.

The Polestar Pilates curricula and associated certifications are setting an industry standard worldwide.
