Iso Fit consists of a team of dedicated professionals who have been extensively trained in Pilates, Gyrotonic® and peripheral excercise methods. Iso Fit Studios are fully equipped with a full range of Pilates, Gyrotonic® equipment as well as auxiliary exercise accessories.
Continuing education and learning is an integral part of the Iso Fit Instructor's activities. Both in-house and guest instructors contribute to this ongoing educational process. Iso Fit is home to 5 Polestar® Educators and Mentors who provide Polestar® course participants with an active, comprehensive and cost effective Polestar® Mentorship programme.
Our centre is conveniently located in the heart of Central and has been designed to provide a comfortable and relaxed environment for training.
