Pilates Lab Daikanyama is located in Daikanyama, one of the most luxurious environments in Tokyo.  It is equipped with full range of Pilates equipments, has a sophisticated interior, and (most importantly!) is well connected to all direction of Tokyo area by trains. 

It functions as the host center of Polestar Pilates comprehensive course and Mat course, and other body work and nutritional workshops. We aim to be a leading authority to the wellness of body, mind and spirit through contrology, Pilates inside Japan. 

Pilates Lab Fukuoka is the Pilates studio linked to Dr. Takeda's Clinic for Sports Medicine & Nutrition.  This studio is unique in that area for its combination of medicine and Pilates fitness programs.  Dr. Takeda is well known to the Japanese Pilates industry as the president of the Japanese Pilates Association.  He diagnoses and treats a variety of patients with sports, orthopedic, spine and lifestyle problems with rehabilitation techniques, arthroscopic surgery, diet and fitness programs. 

Both locations aim to be the Mecca of the Japanese Pilates industry.
