POLESTAR® Summer Seminars

What a summer! Between Singapore, Korea and Japan, Polestar has had an extremely busy (and entertaining!) summer. Brent Anderson and Shelly Power flew over from the USA and teamed up with our Asian Educators to present at Polestar's Summer Seminars. We also hosted Advanced Spine in Singapore and Japan, as well as an Advanced Gait course in Japan - Truly a summer filled with much learning and many wonderful experiences. 

A big thank you to Focus Pilates (Singapore), Art Pilates (Seoul), Renaissance (Tokyo) and Pilates Lab (Tokyo) for hosting these events over the summer - you did a fantastic job and it was great to see the students leaving with big smiles on their faces. A special thank you to all the participants as well - we hope to see you all again soon.
