This symposium combines Advanced Communications training and lessons on teaching skills taught at a Polestar educator level. It will include pre-framing, conflict resolution, group dynamics, answering questions with meaning, sequencing, coaching and increasing dynamic presentation. All educators and mentors are required to attend this symposium in order to keep their status current.
