In the Intro workshop one of our Polestar instructors will provide a brief description of what you will learn in each course (Mat, Studio, Rehab)and how as a Polestar graduate you can apply what is learned to the the benfit of your clients. The instructor will also describe the Polestar learning process and how the core modules are combined with extra practice sessions and study workshops in preparation for the certification exam. Admin issues will also be covered.
